Please let us know, (even by leaving a voicemail after business hours) at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge on the credit card used to reserve the appointment, of 50% of the services scheduled. Parties of 3 or more require 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation charges. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the services booked.
What is your cancellation policy?
The item must be unused, unopened, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it. You may return your item within 30 calendar days of purchase with the receipt or proof of purchase.
What is Winning Foundations' return policy?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment as you may be required to fill out paperwork. If you are late, we may need to shorten your treatment to accommodate for the next scheduled appointment.

How do I schedule an appointment?
The best way to figure out which service is best for you would be to book a VISIA Skin Health Assessment, this helps evaluate your skin and it is used as a guide and report card to help you achieve healthy, beautiful skin. Or call 509-674-6960 and our receptionist will recommend a service.
What service should I book?
Arriving late will limit the time for your spa treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. As your service was reserved at a specific time, your treatment will end at its set time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced and the full treatment price will apply.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Our Reboot Membership gives you one clinical treatment per month with a $195 monthly automatic payment for a year, this gives you a $30 discount per treatment and also earns you 10% off all retail and 15% off any additional services.
Our Rehab Membership gives one clinical treatment per month AND one facial sculpting treatment per month with a $360 monthly automatic payment for a year, this gives you a $90 discount per treatment and also earns you 15% off all retail and 20% off any additional services.
Our Splurge Package is $1500 and gives you a Winning Foundations Signature Facial and brow shaping every month, saving you $240 for the year, and also earns you 10% off all retail and 15% off any additional services.

Do you offer any sort of discounts or memberships?
We have HoMEDICS air purifiers in every room here at Winning Foundations, they kill bacteria and 100% of viruses including COVID-19. Every employee wears a mask and when performing services that require no masks there is added protection. Every client has their temperature taken upon arrival and must fill out a wellness screening form before beginning their service.

Our Location
We are located at 401 W First St in Cle Elum and guests may park in the front of the building.
Where is Winning Foundations Located and where do I park?
You may wear whatever you are comfortable in and once escorted to your treatment room you may disrobe to the level of your comfort in order to enjoy your service. A drape will be provided for you if you wish to wear one during the treatment.
